The beautiful city of Oxford, home to England’s oldest and most famous University, is a major highlight for anyone visiting England. With its splendid architecture, world-class museums and galleries, a bustling city centre and lively student nightlife, Oxford has something for everyone. Berlitz is pleased to offer students a two-week summer programme for 16 – 25 year olds, based in St Edward’s, a traditional English private school close to the centre of mediaeval Oxford. Summer School in Oxford St. Edward’s
offers comfortable accommodation, an on-site student restaurant and
excellent sports and leisure facilities. The course programme includes
four lessons of English each morning (a total of twenty per week), with
optional language workshops and computer study in the afternoons and
evenings. All courses are taught by Berlitz qualified instructors using
the exclusive Berlitz Method and language teaching material. There is a full “extra-curricular” programme of evening and afternoon activities, including an excursion to London, ninety minutes journey from Oxford. All activities are organised and led by experienced Berlitz staff.
